Horrible aftermarket management in Singapore office - Anonymous employee AISIN Group Employee Review

The management seated in SG office obviously lack of management skillset. Only adore those that does visible stuffs to entice him, for those that worked hard which is non visible more of backend will never be acknowledge by him. The management that counts the number of emails you sent a day to justify you are working. And also not forgetting weekly meeting with no conclusions over anything because of he only believes in himself. You are lack of on ground experience, move yourself out of office go and gain more knowledge on ground. Being a management not creating politics/ conflicts internally, i am NOT amazed by your capability sadly. Thumbs down for u
