Pros

Good compensation and benefits package compared to other industry peers. Decent work culture, dedicated engineers. Good diversity in workplace, team members generally help each other out.

Cons

Too conservative approach to innovation. Parent company does not regard U.S branch as equal. Executive management has high resistance to change. Too focused on fixing obsolete hardware, instead of strategizing on a higher level to develop better solutions. Career advancement is limited.
