The organizational structure changes frequently and is not well thought out. End up having to report to random department heads who have no clear understanding of your roles. Objectives changes frequently and valuable employees get fired often and random positions get created and filled with no clear plans, resulting in more issues. Most of the issues stem from CEO who has no clue what he is doing. I would recommend to stay away.
