Pros
The best part of this job is the possibility to work remotely.
Cons
Most of these issues stem from a lack of communication between leader and their employees. Leaders do not listen to the employee. The leadership style is micromanaging and pointing fingers at an employee who dared to do a mistake. People are afraid to voice their honest opinions, feedback, and contradictions to new ideas. Work/Life balance does not exist at all, since there are no modern tools (if a mobile phone is a "modern" tool). The company does not provide any tools to the employee, employees have to purchase them themselves. Also, the expectation is that everyone will prioritize work like all meetings before your own life, so it is expected that you work overtime without getting money for that.
