Pros

I received a summer intern position from them last summer and worked as an assistant for about 5-6 months before starting officially in January. Shawna the Sales Director is really good at teaching and very experienced in her field of selling luxury condos and explaining the process to someone who's new to the industry. The office space is huge and Yoav although he looks intimidating, is really kind and teaches you the ropes on the rental side of real estate! Overall an amazing time at APT212 and will continue to work there!

Cons

High turnover industry so people often come at go but I would say 2/3 people will stay after an interview. Sometimes the office feels a bit empty because everyone is doing showings so its a transition from a classroom where I was 1 year ago.

Pros

Awesome Soho office with good vibes, music plays all day. You are given a rope and if you are driven and motivated you can make something really good out of it. If you are just looking for something to do and don't have a sales drive, you won't last. You are given all the opportunities to make a lot of money every month though. You create your own leads and are sent leads by the office on a daily basis. The turn over on these apartments is quick, so you can often make 4/5 commissions off of the same apartment per year. All the employees are very friendly with each other and often hang out after work. The atmosphere in the office is great. The company itself is aiming to become the largest furnished real estate brokerage in NY. They may already have the largest inventory, but not positive. But they are determined to expand and grow which is great for an agent like myself.

Cons

Have to be self driven or you wont be successful. Coasting wont work here lol.
