Avra Talent is a great place to work! I've enjoyed helping startups make essential hires alongside team members who care about and encourage each other. Remote culture and communication are some of the best I've seen! Management and employees work hard to maintain a positive, inclusive culture where everyone can succeed and advance with a good work ethic. Management listens to concerns/suggestions on ways to improve and then puts them into action—that's rare! Admin seems to want to better the Company for everyone, not just the bottom line. I LOVE the flexible work environment. It shows they understand the importance of work-life balance. It's refreshing to work with Talent Pros who have proven they're at the top of their discipline and are humble about it. The team at Avra can acknowledge each other's successes and own mistakes. True professionals!
