-The company has faced significant litigation since 2017, include currently ongoing lawsuits with massive defense costs (public information available). I would encourage you to review the publications yourself which is posted pubically via numerous sources, and while all information is not publicly available, you may notice a very concerning trend and public information about AWL.
-Leadership is not interested in agents doing what is best for the customer and strongly encourages agents on recorded "training" and other calls to push to sell a single carrier rather than sell the best carrier option for the customer. I am not sure how the Department of Insurance has not raised tremendous concern over these sales tactics.
-The culture is as cut throat as I've ever experienced. Coaching is non existent, the CEO is incredibly demeaning from Day 1, and that same leadership style is noticeable throughout most of the organization.
