Must listen to every thing they say to a “T”. Literally no room for error although it’s a mystical facade that we all make mistakes and can learn as long as we are willing to try! It’s $14 an hour an absolutely the most Micro-managed position I’ve had in my whole career. I’m glad that they didn’t pay a wage I had to depend on for livelihood because I was let go after almost 2 weeks of training because I sat on about 10 voicemails in 3 days and heard them all the way through (wasn’t sure what to dispo them as and explained, was praised yesterday for improving and the fired today right before start).

Pros

Work from home and flexible schedule. You can make up time on weekends and you get to set your own schedule. Inbound leads so plenty of opportunities to sell. Commissions paid on 22nd of month

Cons

No room for advancement at all just a job until you find another one. They do not care about you at all you are just a number and will fire you for production in a heartbeat. “When you leave you not be paid your final commissions” very unfair and non ethical (they have you sign a document when you are hired they you will forfeit your commissions) once you leave the company. It’s very shady so beware they are gonna keep your commissions when you leave there is no way around it
