Very Good Multinational organization,Very good and supportive HR system,good salary packages good exposure/interaction with international market

Medical department of AXA Gulf run by Egyptian Arabic Mafia ,too much politics is going on between non Arabs and Arabs ,all the hard work was done by non Arabs employees and but Arabs employees are having all the fruits.very demotivating manager .
