      Pros

      4 days WFH, 1 day in office. Canteen in the building. 2 Wellness days over Covid.

      Cons

      A lot of manual tedious tasks that aren’t automated yet. More time spent on manual tasks than engaging my brain. Cliques formed. Poor office layout not conducive for good teamwork. Teams separated out over a big open plan layout. Poor IT equipment, monitors tiny and keyboards ancient.
