Pros
Decent benefits. Great and diverse group of coworkers. Ordinary base pay. Flexible schedule.
Cons
Constantly understaffed. Unending amount of work. Stressful environment. Poor training. Call center job. Management is resistant to change. Employee lounge is commonly dirty. No room for promotion. New payroll system changed the work week to Sunday -- Saturday resulting in regularly split weekends. The new payroll system is very buggy causing payroll errors.
