Some of the managers will treat you fairly and with respect.
Cons
You’ll be underpaid for the workload that you are expected to handle. You’ll receive conflicting instructions from different managers and you will be disciplined by the manager who’s instructions you had to ignore. Please don’t even think of ever allowing yourself to get unwell, you will be punished. Upwards mobility depends entirely on how well you click with the managerial team. Everything is very cliquey.
