      Great benefits Pays well for the work which is done

      Cons

      Only one product and all focus is on improving that, for the next 3 years, at the expense of any other product. The management is clueless. Goals change every few months. Near-impossible to move around.

      When I was hired by AbbVie I sold my home and relocated to comply with their mandatory office days. A week after I sold my home they did a reorganization of my department. My hiring manager was forced to retire, my mentor was moved to another team and the work stopped coming in. I was laid off shortly after. I’m now experiencing housing instability. Thanks AbbVie!
