On-boarding, direction and training (e.g., read/understand) is incredibly poor, Processes not fully developed/integrated between cross-functional groups (e.g., Engineering, Quality, Supply-Chain, Operations), Continuous remediation due to poorly defined specifications, processes and an unwillingness to change "global" processes due to the impact on other divisions, Typical work week of 55-60+ hours due to poor resource management/planning, Apathetic management which ignores the employees work/life-balance, Poor management interaction; no interest in facilitating employee advancement .
