Pros

-The mutual detest of the management team brings the staff together

Cons

- CEO - rude -Management - unable to cope, out of touch, see people as purely resources - You will be part of a company who's quest for profit is hugely at the expense of the end NHS service users - Constantly hearing patient/customer terrible feedback, the company cuts corners in order to profit .. This affects real peoples lives - Rude managers/head of operations - Personal comments, bullying -Poor pay - they will say it is temporary - the performance reviews do not happen - Massive staff turnover - always changing
