This company is very good for dedicated employees. They get salary hikes regularly, and are given all the facilities and appreciation. In fact, my TL never asks me any questions when I apply for leaves. I just apply through the portal, and inform my superior through text messages. The salary is always credited on time, and the HR is always available to solve problems of employees. If you are dedicated to the company, then, it is definitely the best place to work.

Only alternate Saturdays are off, otherwise, there are no cons in this company.

Some leniency during submission of assignments

Loads. Superiors won't answer you twice regarding a doubt, hectic hours, rude incompetent managers, strict and sudden termination policy.
