Extremely high turnover. Administration is not honest or transparent regarding turnover. No team leadership. Minimal plan time. Administration does not support teachers. Salary info and gender pay differences are not transparent, but the discrepancy is large. Toxic work environment via deflective, catty, gossip-centered, and dishonest administration. Lowest pay in the CoSprings area. Seriously, pass this job up.
