Pros
They leave you alone, and will pay you mostly on time. From what I gathered from people who worked with me through different agencies and based on similar experience, Acara will offer you more than other agencies. Does offer PTO.
Cons
They dont tell you about some of the benefits that are offered in your contract i.e 1 week free vacation separate from PTO. It takes about 6 months to get 8hrs of PTO and then you get 8 additional hours per 3 additional months. High turnover rates with the coordinators makes it difficult to actually get help at points as you dont know who to contact. Due to dealing with new coordinators, you can experience delays to questions/ answers over days. Health care options are expensive
