Pros

ongoing coach and leadership training and development; a deeply supportive community; accountability and other structures to support your business; ongoing personal growth; a global network of coaches; meaningful work; insight into creating and delivering an intensive program; colleagues who hold you to your highest and best

Cons

The work can be confronting and is rigorous. This is not a "con" per se and is actually part of the "deal," so to speak. The intention is to push the boundaries of what people think they are capable of.

Pros

They do offer coach training and good tools for hearing context and seeing situations from a different perspective.

Cons

You will be asked to do their marketing for them by inviting your friends and family to come and observe a class in session. They make it a "game" and will shame you if you choose not to bug your friends. It seems to be a shame-based program. Do something your own way or something they deem as "wrong" and prepare yourself for a public shaming. It's a very cult-like atmosphere and if you try to quit, you'll be exposed to a very aggressive "retention" campaign. The course, in theory, encourages individuality. In reality, you must submit to their "groupthink" or be singled out and shamed in front of the class and the video camera, which is always recording. Leadership and coaches employed with the company seem to be on a power trip. Not enough value for the exorbitant cost of tuition. Steer clear.
