Nothing. It may seem like transformation, but really they just tear you down to bring you up to your baseline and then disguise the process as "change management."
Cons
TLDR: This is a cult. Run away as fast you can. World-class cult. Masterfully uses the tenants of coercion and manipulation to make you join… and even more importantly, make you you stay. Really makes you feel like you will be nothing without them. Forces you to create bonds with “your team” to create belonging so that you are less likely to leave. Encourages you to bring more people into the cult so they have more people to brain wash and make it seem like their created version of reality is even more real. If people do not accept the invitation, they make you judge people outside the cult for living inside from their “survival mechanism” while you the members of the cult are admirably living from their “essence.” They openly judge people inside the cult too so you aren’t safe there either. Even better is that they have you recruit the people into the cult without paying you a commission and act like it is a learning opportunity of “enrollment” for you. And they have one hour a week of your time to talk about recruitment in which you are required to join if you are apart of their leadership team. But that’s not even the most manipulative. If you are on their leadership team, they charge you $700/month to WORK FOR THEM but disguise it as “training.” Training that you could get for free from YouTube or $15/month on Audible. But when they proposed the idea to you, it doesn’t seem that bad because you are so deeply indoctrinated in the group and you previously paid $1,500/month for their coach training program - in comparison that's chump change, right? Working for them used to be free, but they changed it a few years ago. It was due to their greed I would assume, but true to their manipulative nature they claim it so people "would have more skin in the game." The people who were on the team before get grandfathered in for free or at a discounted price while the chums who came after have to pay full price. Then everyone has to pay to have half their clients go through their back office which charges 20% of your hard-earned money, is an administrative mess, and an even bigger technological one. There isn't even the option to sign contracts by mobile phone for example. And while you are on the leadership team, you barely have more experience than the people you coach. Therefore you make lots of mistakes and don't live up to the $18,000 of value that they would expect. And if that last sentence didn’t sink in, let me spell it out: you pay $18,000 to do the coach training program. You could get a certificate and then some from one of the world's most prestige institution for that price. A certificate that has QUALIFIED teachers and is a trustworthy institution. Worst of everything is that they never take responsibility for any of these aspects and make it seem like it all your responsibility - probably the most masterful cult technique. It makes you question yourself and think you’re the problem. And what’s the perfect solution to the problem that you are? One more year of their training of course! This organization evades responsibility everywhere, but will tell you that it is actually you who does. If they could, they would delete this post or gaslight me in their reply which is clear evidence of my point. Run as fast as you can from this organization. They need to be thoroughly investigated for their manipulative practices.
