Pros
Direct leadership/supervisors help and will defend their agents in stressful times. Team morales are decent when avoiding the tensions of daily changes on processes.
Cons
Constant tensions in environment. Unachievable goals with many changes to the work load that affect the dept but still somehow make it to the agents that cannot work assigned accounts/queues. Disrespectful manager of department that treats everyone with no care in the world. Everyone has to see the type of mood she is in to determine their day and how it affects the teams/dept.
