Pros
They do care about your work experience. I am fairly compensated for the work that I do. I don't feel expected to work overtime and enjoy a good work/life balance most of the time. I can be transparent with my leadership about workload. I genuinely like the people that I work with every day and very rarely meet someone who doesn't like their job. We might all feel stress or challenged by changes in the organization - but when we do, we feel them together and work it out. Remote work is a big PRO and I'm not expected to conform to other time zones - leadership is thoughtful about MY timezone which doesn't happen at all orgs. I trust that the CEOs know what they are doing. They aren't just figureheads, they walk the talk and know the business. When someone is looking for a remote job, I always suggest one here.
Cons
No job is perfect. There feels to be some micromanaging and lots of meetings. Some departments require more hours than others to be successful. I'm not sure what the prospects are for advancement.
