      Lots of potential for learning new skills/experiences Nice co-workers Extremely flexible with schedule and work from home options Trained me in multiple things

      Times of drought of work, was lacking in work at some points Since I was a contractor, being assigned projects was harder because of the bureaucractic requirements of pay/authorization to work
