      Very quick interview and hiring process

      Cons

      Did not receive any severance pay or any support when the mass layoffs took place at Tesla. Fairly understandable since I was only contracted via Actalent but I wish there are still some financial support as I moved just for the Tesla job and now I'm unemployed with no money.
