Overall great company!! I actually found a home here! They invest in their people 100 percent empowering the organization to grow by investing in them I love the free book you get every month you can choose audio, electronic or the actual physical copy via Amazon It is a very cultured environment that allows you to grow of course here they are all about getting better everyday They are super when it comes to feedback Since I have been here I have grown as a person which made me better in other areas of my life. This place allowed me to shine rest my talents, grow and refine my skills Of course the compensation is incredible and to be honest I have seen growth there every month :) Also, open lines of communication with Aleric the CEO amongst other departments to make the whole organization better As you can see I love where I am at and only been here for 4 months and have seen massive growth and success. I am very thankful and appreciative that they chose me and Anna recruited me. Shout out to Brittney for interviewing me and having the last Yes to allow me to be apart of such and amazing crew.

not really cons but you need to be ready to grow not take criticism to heart like I did gotta be coachable which I thank God I got out of my way this is performance so you have to get better everyday Really the way I look at it is this space is designed to make you confident and compatent
