Pros

Super friendly team, very flexible PTO schedule, lots of support offered, "work hard play hard" mentality.

Cons

Very limited earning potential in most verticals, unless you've been there for many years. Nice as a first sales role to get your feet wet but not much more than that. Also lots of variability in managers; mine was amazing but I've heard horror stories.

Pros

Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

Cons

The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
