Good morning and thank you for taking the time to write this review. We’re disappointed to hear about your experience. We hold ourselves to a “People First” standard of culture. That means we are working hard to ensure we’re creating a welcoming and belonging experience for everyone so it’s disheartening to hear these things. Within Addison we always provide resources for employees to voice team and workplace concerns, and we encourage them to do so as soon as an issue arises.
