Compensation could be better, benefits are among the worst I’ve seen in corporate America with very high out-of-pocket premiums. PTO is not competitive within the marketplace. Only given ten days for the first two years of employment. Covid was handled extremely poor and employees were back in the office in June of 2020. From that point, a hybrid schedule was adopted for most but it’s frowned upon if you are in the office less than three days a week. Also people were getting Covid in the office around many others and zero protocols were taken; no one sent home, no announcements that you were exposed. Favoritism runs rampant and bad behavior is rewarded. HR department talks loudly and openly about extremely confidential matters pertaining to current and past employees.
