Good company if you like to be in an office. Exceptional PTO. Mediocre benefits - Recruiting Manager Addison Group Employee Review

Pros

Fun and laid-back atmosphere (casual dress code), flexible hours (if your direct manager is willing), good training, collaborative environment, great PTO (up to 6 weeks if there for 5+ years)

Cons

No more guaranteed hybrid schedule even though most people have expressed they would like to stay hybrid or remote. Benefits can be pricey if you have a family. Recently went through software implementation and the system was nowhere near ready to use (decreased productivity a lot). Company does not pay for parking and it's expensive.

Pros

Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

Cons

The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
