      Addison really goes above and beyond to ensure we're presenting top notch candidates to our clients. We care about our candidates and ensure they know that with our communication, and with our efforts to be the best resource in the market for them. It's rewarding to work for a company who really cares about what they do.

      Cons

      No real Cons, just if you aren't motivated by success this won't be the role for you. If you need micro managing or Codding you won't be successful in this role.

      The team, culture and integrity throughout the Addison Group is top notch.

      Sometimes working at a large organization consistency throughout the company nation wide is not maintained

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
