Work/life balance (culture not for everyone--very fast paced culture, and very high expectations)--this works for some but not all
Hybrid model (hybrid organization--which is good--but I think in office vs remote should be more flexible to employees needs/desires instead of a corporate mandate)
Compensation (pay is fair, but somewhat below market value, given workload/stress/expectations of the organization)
Benefits (some plans are okay, but overall I think the premiums costs are higher than industry standard)
Culture (I think business culture is fine--but I think there should be more fun/non-work culture events that encourage relationship building, outside of a traditional work function)
