- One of the most poorly run companies I’ve ever worked for - Incompetent senior leadership team, with no plan, terrible decision making, poor strategic direction, concerning values and appeared to favour short term outcomes over employee wellbeing - Run by an out of touch, reactive board whose last minute decisions regularly cause chaos and unnecessary stress. - Completely understaffed. Be prepared to perform the work of multiple roles that are not your own (with little recognition or additional compensation) - Pay is below market averages and does not reflect the responsibilities employees are expected to take on - Extremely high staff turnover causing continual loss of knowledge, additional pressures on team members and a revolving door of new employees, making it difficult for teams to operate properly. - Constantly changing priorities and pivoting made it frustratingly difficult to see any projects through to a high standard. Work was often rushed, disorganised and of low quality.
