- Extremely high staff turnover causing continual loss of knowledge, additional pressures on team members and a revolving door of new employees, making it difficult for teams to operate properly.
- Constantly changing priorities and pivoting made it frustratingly difficult to see any projects through to a high standard. Work was often rushed, disorganised and of low quality.
