Pros

-pay is okay, starting at $18 -easy hours of opening to closing with an hour lunch

Cons

-Worst management possible. There is no formal training and yet they expect you to know everything within a week. There is a high turn over of employees and that's because there isn't a strong foundation of making sure employees are happy and understanding of the work environment. -if you're coming in for an interview, be sure to be expecting at least 30 min before you are even noticed. This just goes with their poor management skills of scheduling 5 people all at once for the "interview." -Interviews goes first with the "aptitude test" which is timed and if you make it past that, you take another IQ test called "Novis Mental Ability Test." and then from there, if they like you you'll start working (which just means you're shadowing of who ever is at the front.) Trust me this was all so very sketchy when I first went. - You're basically on your own learning their system.

Pros

co workers, full time, no weekends

Cons

Owned by 3 brothers who are a part of Scientology ideology. Believe in paying the bare minimum but performing multiple positions without compensation or appreciation. Every day, you have to hope the doctor isn't sick or upset otherwise he'll make your day hell and be completely rude and disrespectful. Super bipolar doctors/bosses that belittle you and talk to you like a child. Even if you apply to be front desk, they will put you in a completely different position. Also, they don't keep any employees for longer than 5 months...and so many more red flags. Save yourself yall, not worth it even if you've been looking for a job for a while, they will traumatize you and be inappropriate (touch your shoulder or elbow or push you)
