They sincerely care for all of their employees - both on the ground at properties and in administrative roles at the corporate level. They service corporate clients, but treat their company and staff like a small family owned business. They are led by strong, independent, forward-thinking women who take great pride in their work. They respect those who respect them and prefer to offer growth from within the company. They truly cultivate a team mentality for all employees and offer as much support for professional and personal circumstances as they can. While loyalty and passion for this industry cannot be taught, it is highly rewarded and cherished at AOS.

AOS is BUSY! The "firehose treatment" is often given for new hires, but they ensure training and support to all staff. Employees are held to a high expectation to uphold professionalism and work together with/as a team on a daily basis. Employees must be willing to advocate and seek support for themselves and their staff. AOS is happy to help any way they can, but issues must be identified and expressed so they can work with you to resolve them.
