Thank you for taking the time to write a review, and I am sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience. One of our company core values is “People First” and we strive to make sure our employees feel valued and are treated with professionalism and respect. We have outlets available to all employees in which they can voice their concerns in the event they don’t feel we are living up to our values. We take those concerns very seriously and ensure we investigate and follow up with every concern that’s brought to out attention. Regarding communication and benefits, we have made enhancements to our new employee onboarding experience and have included additional touch points that go beyond our formal new hire orientation. We strive everyday to make sure our employees have a healthy work-life balance. We also provide them with the tools and flexibility that allows them to make the best use of their skills and talent so that hopefully they’re happy and are not feeling overworked. In addition, our leadership and management team take the time to listen to our employees, value their ideas and work to create a positive work environment. Again, thank you for the feedback.
