a family-style approach to workplace culture and values a good size - I guess 50-100 people or so nationwide sales, worldwide supply chain EOS seems helpful

maybe some growing pains as scale increases? and I think I've heard of layoffs in the past?

Nothing, just a waste of time.

My transition in to this company was speed ran. My first week of travel and transition to over night required me to wake up in the morning and go back to work based on whatever time “the lead” chooses. I was let go because check out is at 11:00 am and I woke up at 10 after going to sleep at 5:45 because I packed up so we can leave after going to the site. On site was just as bad, attitude on attitude and everyone expects you to read their mind. My hours were shorted and I was sent home. Very narcissistic and horrible management. Racism was thrown around on the field like cat5 cable.
