      Long hours, terrible pay for interns - Intern Advancy Employee Review

      Good learning and interesting sectors

      Cons

      Hours were long and interns especially get the short end of the stick with their salary. Hourly wage would probably be $12 before tax.

      - Growing firm (NYC office doubles every ~1.5 years) - Friendly atmosphere / team - Fast career progression (multiple internal promotions to manager, principal, and partner in NYC) - Exciting projects

      - none to really highlight to be honest
