No weekend work with some exceptions - lack of collaboration from senior management with mid-junior team - senior management can get passive aggressive and intimidating - zero flexibility on remote working - focus on details, with very long decks to develop in short time - most communication from senior management is via teams, even though they sit next to you in the office - partner has its own office, with minimal interactions with project team, except for day before steercos - most of us aren’t happy with the company and would highly consider other opportunities - 90% of projects are chemicals
