      Pros

      I joined Advisor360 as an Automation Engineer, and my experience here has been incredibly rewarding. From the start, I had numerous opportunities to work with great people and learn the company’s internal framework, which has been a valuable learning experience. Everyone on the team has been extremely helpful, always willing to share their knowledge and support my growth. The company fosters a collaborative and encouraging culture where hard work is recognized, and professional development is a priority. Leadership is approachable, and there are plenty of opportunities to take on new challenges and expand your skill set. My recent promotion is a reflection of the support and guidance I’ve received along the way. I highly recommend Advisor360 to anyone looking for a place where they can grow, learn, and work with an amazing team.

      Cons

      As of most software companies there are some times that you have tight deadlines. And so much going on.

      Pros

      Advisor360° has been very good to me personally and professionally. We often talk about building a company you can bet your career on, and that's exactly what I'm doing here. It's not out of blind loyalty. I'm willing to bet my career here because we are changing where the market is going and I have full confidence in our strategy to get there. We listen to employee feedback. We don't pretend to be perfect, but we're always looking to raise the bar. This is the type of company I want to work for and bet my career on.

      Startups aren't for everyone - the pace is fast but IMO this is what makes it fun

      Pros

      Working with the previous two CPOs was an amazing experience—they brought strong leadership, clarity, and direction. I learned a lot during that time and saw significant personal and professional growth. It was genuinely a great place to work and develop.

      Cons

      With the current interim CPO, things have not been going well. There is a noticeable lack of experience, and it has led to confusion and turmoil within the team.
