Pros
Not much, really. It's a good job if you're in between jobs because nobody stays at Aegis for long. The good thing is their part time shifts are pretty flexible for scheduling
Cons
Sales through telemarketing. Who does that anymore? Sometimes, their coaches enforce a 1 sale/hour rule where if you don't sell after an hour, you go home. Boring, tedious work.
