When you sit at a computer all day, you do need regular breaks, but at Aegis we only ever had 30 minutes for lunch and 2 15 minutes breaks in the morning and afternoon. Very high turnover of temps, sometimes wouldn't even see them again. Conditions were worse for the call centre staff, management even tried to restrict them from going to the toilet. It is like a Victorian workhouse. Disciplined for minor offences. As soon as your project is finished, you will be out the door.
