Pros
There really aren't many pros to this job. The cafeteria is pretty good and decently price and their staff is really nice.
Cons
Where to start? The pay is horrible. One day you could be working in customer service the next you're a collector. This company lays off frequently and jobs are never gauranteed. The supervisors are usually your peers who have quickly been promoted and know less about the job than you. There are also frequently laid off. No leave, including maternity leave.
