Pros

The Brand, name, equipment, attention to details, make money.

Cons

Initially it's a very friendly and relax able environment, but without warning what might happen to your career can leave you bewildered. Their expectations,in my dept, sales, good customer experience,conduct. You are told as a group what to do and what not, no one to one feedback so that we can rectify our mistakes,it's not a company straight forward, friendly ,giving positive vibes. I got a gift in my first week for my work , 2 months down the line, when my performance was exceeding my own expectations, I didn't expect me to be on the top list leaving my batch mates half way. I took everyday as a challenge, wanted to compete with the best and I did, I made a mistake, no warning ,I was shown the door.

Pros

Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

Cons

The scheduling could be more flexible .
