      communication, Aegis take care of their employees & can work them selves up in the company. There are several employees at aegis of Aptos that have been working here for 10-15 years

      Pros

      Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

      The scheduling could be more flexible .
