Pros
it is nice to get recognition occasionally. when you are there for a year you get something although i have been there for 1&1/2 years and have yet to see this. they are very good about acknowledging when you do good from one month to the next with gift cards and such.
Cons
the insurance is terrible. and it seems like the upper management can't be bothered with the employees.its very disorganized and sometimes you don't know until the dy it happens and all of a sudden you are laid-off
