Great place to learn time management discipline and cold calling foundations. Good place for a first job.
Cons
-Cult-like locker room-like culture. You are in the circle or you are not. -All-hands stand up office meetings TWICE A DAY. "It isn't micromanagement, it's accountability". And then there's a meeting before these "Red Zone" meetings in addition to other internal meetings. -The Director of Business Operations (head of the office/region) takes people leaving the company extremely personally. -Everything is about "hitting Contest". The financial rewards aren't even that lucrative. I'm making close to $300k in my current job (and hit this number less than 2 years in) now and it is a much healthier, positive, and professional environment. A contest winner needs to hit a few contests to get to that level.
