Pros

None at all. Horrible place.

Cons

Worst company I have ever worked at. Horrible people who love to bully and make discriminatory comments. No work/life balance and low pay. They will laugh at you for asking questions during training. 100% do not recommend to anyone.

Pros

Wages, Healthcare benefits, 401k matching, generous PTO and sick leave, people genuinely care about their team members, great work/life balance, patient and product focused organization, plenty of remote opportunities, adequate training programs to optimize chances of success

Cons

Annual bonus is challenging to receive at 100% (even with meaningful company performance) - although there seems to be meaningful improvement to that process for 2025; and no paid maternity or paternity leave outside of STD

Pros

- Great coworkers - Remote work - Great product - Great national sales meeting for sales team.

Cons

- You will be required to do 4 jobs in one for the salary of one job. Say goodbye to your nights and weekends. Expect constant anxiety. - Micromanaging managers who don't have experience in managing others and result to high-school level bullying and catty tactics when they don't get their way. Such tactics include raising their voice, making personal digs and gaslighting. - Inappropriate comments made to women and minorities about their ethnicity, family life, gender roles, and politics that don't belong in any workplace. - Although their accrued PTO policy is good, you won’t be able to take any time off as each team has a small number of employees, there is no one to cover for you if you take time off. Taking time off was discouraged and frowned upon. Even if you managed to take time off, you were expected to check your email and login during your time off and were reprimanded if you chose not to do this. - No paid maternity/paternity leave or paid premiums for healthcare despite the company’s mission to empower women and their healthcare. The healthcare they provide and that you have to help pay for is very basic and does not cover most healthcare services. Co-pays are very expensive with their healthcare too. Very ironic and just shows the company does not value their employees or their health. Coworkers who took unpaid time off after having a baby were strongly encouraged to return to work right away which felt very wrong. - Very little training giving during onboarding practice.
