Pros

motivated and competent team. Relaxed and chill workplace with hybrid model, TWT in office which is ok for some but I prefer remote and would have liked more of an option to go in if I wanted but the office was usually pretty dead anyway. Overall I liked working here.

Cons

Leadership is unorganized and often push too hard. They need better structure and direction but that's probably to be expected somewhat with a startup. They want too much too fast when they should probably focus on doing one thing really well at a time, talented people people burn out otherwise.

Pros

+ Purpose-driven culture focused on solving real problems in the insurance industry + Leadership is transparent and genuinely invested in building a scalable, sustainable business + Strong momentum with clear product-market fit and significant market opportunity + Willingness to tackle complex challenges and improve internal systems + Recent leadership changes demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement

Cons

Still in the early growth stages—some processes are being built or rebuilt, which can lead to ambiguity. This is typical of a start-up and may not be for everyone.

Pros

Great coworkers, great benefits, a great idea for a product but we never had enough manpower to fix the issues that were reported.

Cons

Maybe it will change with the new CEO but they had NO plan, never listened to employee feedback, and were chronically understaffed except for a short period of time were things actually seemed to be going well. We were told to do whatever it took to get the job done then were punished for doing what it took to get the job done. Some managers were great, others threw you under the bus because everyone was on the chopping block at all times. It seemed like those in charge couldn't make up their minds about what their "vision" was.
