Pros
Operations bonus incentives and vacation time good in comparison to other businesses. Four float days annually and two weeks after a year. Each year the vacation time will accrue at a increased amount.
Cons
Experienced good managers and also unfortunately came across several managers that need training on working with people, leadership and attitude. Over several years with Agility I experienced managers losing employees as they didn't want to give job opportunities to current employees. Hiring outside experience is not always the answer for the company needs. Logistics may seem like a stable business but layoffs occurred several times over the years. General pay for employees is average to below average for the industry.
